WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-S.C.), Congressional Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Caucus co-chair, will host over 70 HBCU Presidents and Chancellors to celebrate the accomplishments and impacts of HBCUs throughout the nation.
