Sen. Scott Votes to Support Scott Pruitt as EPA Administrator

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) released the statement below after voting to support Mr. Scott Pruitt as our next Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He was confirmed by the Senate 52-46.

“Mr. Pruitt will end this era of overregulation while keeping the best interests of both American families and our environment at the forefront of his agenda. I look forward to working with Mr. Pruitt to bring the EPA back under control.”
