Senator Scott Launches Statewide Listening Tour Monday in Columbia

Charleston, SC -Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) will launch his statewide listening tour at the Columbia Rotary Club on Monday, January 7th. Scott, who was sworn in as Senator earlier this week, will visit each of South Carolina’s 46 counties in the coming months as part of the tour.

“I look forward to meeting folks from across the state, and our listening tour will be a great way for them to share their thoughts and ideas,” Scott said. “Our doors are always open for my bosses, the people of South Carolina. I am excited to start the tour in Columbia on Monday.”

Scott will be speaking at 1:25pm on Monday at the Columbia Rotary Club’s Weekly Meeting, which begins at 1pm. The event will be at Seawell’s, located at 1125 Rosewood Drive, Columbia, 29201. Scott will be discussing the economy and how to unleash opportunity for all Americans.

Events on the tour will be announced as they are scheduled.
