Mrs. Berti-jo Leymeister reached out to our office for assistance with the IRS. After her family sold their home in 2018, the IRS said they owed over $260,000 because of a missing form. They provided the form to the IRS but received no response and had their refund seized.

Our constituent services team was able to work on their behalf, provide the form, and get them their refund.
