Sen. Scott Meets with Trump Nominee to Lead Dept. of Ed.

WASHINGTON — U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-S.C.), member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) and Co-Chair of the Congressional School Choice Caucus, met with Linda McMahon, President Trump’s nominee to serve as U.S. Secretary of Education. After the meeting, Senator Scott issued the following statement:

I have no doubt she will be a champion of school choice and parental rights and will fight to unlock opportunity for children of all backgrounds.
