Senator Tim Scott Statement on Supreme Court Decision Regarding Recess Appointments

Washington- U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) released the following statement regarding the Supreme Court’s decision that President Obama’s recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in 2012 were unconstitutional. “The Supreme Court’s decision today regarding recess appointments is a positive step forward for hardworking American families,” Scott said. “As I have said from the beginning, President Obama’s attempt to stack the deck at the NLRB is unconstitutional.
