Bill to require carbon monoxide detectors introduced in Senate

U.S. Sen. Tim Scott is sponsoring a bill that would require carbon monoxide detectors in federal assisted housing. This comes six months after two men tied in a Columbia housing project from carbon monoxide. Watch the video at the link below.
