Sen. Tim Scott attends Upstate Veterans Day celebration

U.S. Sen. Tim Scott was in attendance, and pinned certain veterans. “Every day should be Veterans Day,” Scott said. “But this day we should stop and say thank you to every single veteran that we see.”
